How do I contact you?

How do I reset my password?

Simply click on the "Forgot Password" button on the account/login page to reset your password. You will be mailed to your registered email ID to enter your email address and access to set the password.

What if the amount got debited from my account, but has not received any confirmation mail and message?

To make sure your account is being debited, please review your bank / credit card account. Usually your account will be credited back to your account within 7 working days if you are paying out for it following payment failure. For more help please send us an email at bd@bsc.net.in.

 

ORDER RELATED QUERIES

How do I know once my order is confirmed?

After your payment is successful, your order information will be sent to your registered e—mail address via a confirmation email. A text message confirming the same will also be sent to you.

Do you take orders over the phone?

We're not going to take orders over the mobile. Customers will have to put their orders on our website www.homeone.store. In case of any difficulties with the order, please contact us by mail or by phone.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the location of the customer and takes 15 days on average. Because of unforeseen circumstances, shipments can be paused and your patience is appreciated..

How can I track or check the status of my order?

After delivery of your order, you will receive an email and a text message telling you the details of the courier partner as well as the AWB-number you can use to track your order. Customers can verify the order status in "My Accounts" and in the "Purchase Information" section of the website.


Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order is placed?

If the product is shipped, we will not be able to alter the address and delivery. For the correct details, please write to us at support@homeone.store We may withdraw shipping costs if the product is not shipped and returned. The delivery fee is notified via SMS/Call/Email.

I am unable to order?

We're sorry that you're struggling with problems when you put your order. Please try using a different computer or a different browser. If the issue persists, please email us at support@homeone.store or call us at ‎+91 44 4805 8156.

How do I cancel my order?

On confirmed orders we have no cancelations. For exceptions, please contact us at support@homeone.store

When would I receive my products once I place an order on your website?

The orders will be processed in two to three working days. Delivery time is typically within seven working days.

I am missing an item, what do I do?

Please email to support@homeone.store or call us on ‎+91 44 4805 8156 in the unlikely event that an item from your order is missing.

A product in the order appears to be damaged, what do I do?

Don't worry. This may have been due to mismanagement in transit. Please contact our customer service office. We will immediately submit a replacement in the event of damage during transit.

How do I place my order?

  • Select the 'Add to Cart' button on the product pages that you would like to order.
  • In the menu bar, click on the basket button.
  • Click the Checkout button to proceed.
  • Enter your name, address and information of your contact and click on the Order button.
  • Pick the payment form and pay your order to validate it.

Are there any hidden charges?

It doesn't cost any secrets. Final prices that include taxes are the prices displayed for you. In case of orders not valid for free delivery, shipping charges are applicable during check-out.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please pursue another form of payment if payment that you choose fails.

What are the modes of payment?

You can pay with your credit card, debit card and UPI.
